Presidential Rebranding Project

This project required me to research and develop a rebranding scheme for a past president, JFK, for the modern era.  This included developing a logo, slogan, branded products, and redesigning the look of that presidents library page online.  My final designs were based off my research into the resources, processes, and values of JFK during his presidency

Here you can see the original concept art I came up with for the logo and slogan and the alternate color schemes of the final design.  The logo is meant to be similar to the NASA logo but still distinctly different.  The final coloration is meant to be a bit more regal than the NASA logo, using a darker blue and red.  The final project poster can be seen below.  This poster includes the redesigned front page of the JFK Library, branded merchandise, and further explanations of the design scheme.

GBD Shirt Design

Green Beer Day is a local "holiday" at Miami University celebrated by the students the Thursday before spring break every year.  Along with GBD there is a long tradition of creating GBD shirts; usually a parody of popular culture throughout the last year.  I decided to create the shirt because I wanted a GBD shirt that was relevant and interesting looking and wasn't offensive to anyone.  My shirt is meant to be a parody of the Seal of the United States as politics are a big deal this year.  I made original concept drawings in Photoshop and then created a final vector design in Illustrator for printing.
